He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Watts and Mary Fannin Watts; and his brother Dean Watts. He is survived by: his sons, Roger Watts of Franklin, OH and David Watts of Springboro, OH; his sisters, Geneva Horn of Inez, KY and Judy Watts of Louisa, KY.; and his grandchildren, Demi Watts, Stephanie Watts, Dawn Watts, Jacob Watts and Brianna Watts.
