We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 94, Rupayne K. Osborne of Lone, Kentucky, born in Lynnville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Kendall and Mary Jane Lawrence Kendall; her husband John Paul Osborne; her sons, Michael Watkins and David Watkins; her brothers, James Kendall and Henry Kendall; and the father of her children Carl Watkins.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Watkins (Angie) of Paducah and Caryn Watkins of Paducah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
