He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Clardy and Nettie Clardy (Hawes); his son Randy Kerley; and his siblings, Cleman Clardy and Norma Clardy.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Mae (Gilliatt); and his children, Raymond J. Clardy (Laurie) of Herrin, Rachel F. Clardy of Paducah, Leah H. Kenney of Paducah, Dale Leggett (Cheryl) of Vienna, Tammy Clemans of Carbondale, Robbie Orr (Ray Elkins) of Vienna, Joe Kerley of Buncombe, Troy Kerley of Simpson and Melissa Orr of Lone Oak, Kentucky. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
