She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McDill and Flora Saxton McDill; her husband Alvin York Rainey; her son John Rainey; and her brothers, Kendall McDill and Roy McDill.
She is survived by: her sons, Lafayette "Larry" Rainey of Paducah, James Rainey of Paducah and Gerald Harrison (Phyllis) of Paducah; and her siblings, Dorothy Morrow, Anna Sue Ware and Donald McDill. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
