She is survived by: her parents, Susan Blalock and Eric Blalock; her sister Claire Blalock; her stepmother Czarena Crofcheck; her stepsiblings, Quinn Andrews and Kelden Andrews; her grandparents, Bob and Judy Johnson; her aunts and uncles, Stacey Blalock, Chris Bichler, Terry and Ron Johnson; her cousin Cole Johnson; and her uncle Bobby Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be made in Zoe's name to Habitat for Humanity, Planned Parenthood or National Public Radio.
