With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Edward Dugger (Lexington, Kentucky), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Mossie Jackson, Ed and Orpha Dugger; and his father Bobby Dugger.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Dugger, Brandi Dugger, Brent Dugger, Dakota Dugger and Cheyenne Dugger; his siblings, Gary Dugger and Michelle; his brother-in-law Chris Farr; and also Pauline Smith.
