He was predeceased by: his son Danny Phillips; and his siblings, Noah Wayne Phillips, Ellen Phillips and Thomas Neal Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Hendrix; his granddaughter Hunter Lynn Hendrix; his sister Aileen Tinker; and his significant other Carol Neal. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
