It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Marsee in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilman Schultz and Ruth Schultz; her husband Chester Marsee; her siblings, Elizabeth, Evelyn, Emolee and Dan; and her niece Lisa Marsee Ramsey.
She is survived by: her brother Marion Schultz; her nieces and nephews, Tammy Cooper, Cindy Keisler (Anthony Keisler), Tilman Grubb (Debbie Grubb), Richard Grubb, Donnie Fultz and Shirley Partin; and her sons, Eddie Atkins and Jeremy Glenn. She is also survived by her family, friends.
