He was predeceased by: his father Rufus Talbert; his stepfather James Mason; his daughter Maurisa Sweat; his grandparents, John and Loraine Dunson; and his nephew Eric Sweat, Jr..
He is survived by: his mother Reva V. Sweat-Mason; his children, Kierstin Sweat, Brandon Epps and Nathan Sweat; his siblings, Patricia Graham, Eric Sweat (Jeanette), Tracy Sweat and Myron Sweat; and his grandchildren, Ava, Kinslee and Malaya Sweat. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and numerous other family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Unity Worship Center (1975 Haggard Ct, Lexington, KY 40505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the same location.
