He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Joanna Sheldon Patterson (Osborne) and James Bradford Osborne; his sister Betina Holden; and his significant other Krystel Lee Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Jonathon Osborne (Donna) of Florida, Crystal Parks (Cody) of Colorado, Madaleine Osborne of Liberty, KY and Ethan Osborne (Trinity); his brothers, Joe Osborne and James Osborne; and his grandchildren, Ziya, Kymiya, Kierra, Cody Jr., Azriella, Uriah and Ivar.
