He was predeceased by: his father William "Billy" Earl Turner; and his stepfather John Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Denise Turner; his sons, Carrick (Chloe), Evan (Marquie) and Ben; his grandchildren, Walker, West (Carrick), Charlie and Peyton (Evan); his sisters, Debbie Kircher (Donald) and Billie Jo Bush (Dave); his stepbrother Donnie Cobb; and also Mary Rainey Cobb.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of David's memory.
