She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martha Sharpe McDermit of Saint Albans and George Cornelius McDermit of Saint Albans; her spouse Haven Lawrence May; her children, Cherry Nims (Don) of Nassau Bay, TX, Lynn House of Lexington, KY and Jeff May (Beth) of Seabrook, TX.; her grandchildren, Delee House, Katie Mendenhall, Todd Nims, Zach Nims, Kevin May and Ashley May; and her great grandchildren, Aiden House, Ayla Nims, Ender Nims and Arbor Mendenhall.
