It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris A. Buchholtz in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Levittown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Home (1509 Trent Blvd, Lexington, KY 40515). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators who have been such a blessing to our family.
