He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie Gail Doelker of North Carolina, Heather Ashley of Louisville and Jessica Perkins (Shay) of Alabama; his brother Michael Perkins (Tracy) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Abi Doelker, Dylan Doelker, Jasmine Ashley, Isaiah Ashley, Lily Perkins, Avery Perkins, Evan Argrett, Phoenix Argrett, Charleigh Argrett and Ryon Argrett; his nephews, Jason Hampton, Lucas Perkins and David Perkins; and his niece Erica Hampton.
