We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2023, at the age of 92, Billy Ray Ward (Lexington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Jake" Ward and Nannie Sipe Ward; his former wife Alta Ruth Gaunce Ward; and his wife June Flake Hoke Ward. He is survived by: his children, Corby Kennison (Brian), Dwyla Ketcham (Ron) and Martin Douglas "Doug" Ward (Claire); his stepson Michael Hoke (Kelly); his grandchildren, Celeste Pleadwell (Stephen), Adria Tarleton (David), Chloe Ward, Joshua Hoke, Jonathon Hoke, Shawn Hoke (Ashley), Sarah Hoke-Anderson (Andrew) and Christopher Hoke; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Pleadwell, Hart Tarleton, Charlotte Anderson-Hoke, Judah Anderson-Hoke and Aurora Hoke.
