He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hotard and Judith Hotard Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Clare Therese Hotard and Rebecca Mary Hotard; his former wife Julie Hotard; his sister Judy Canup; and his nieces, Kim Canup and Kelly Canup Lemberger.
