She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Noblett and Tida Kiper Noblett; her husband Mearl Willis; and her brothers, Preston Noblett, Billy Noblett and Finley Noblett.
She is survived by: her children, Mearl Willis (Mary), Marilyn VanMeter (Justin) and Donnie Willis (Janice); and her grandchildren, Melissa Cilyok, Jeremy Willis, Angela VanMeter, Aaron VanMeter, Amanda Higdon and Ashley Horton. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
