With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen J. Mullins of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, born in Peach Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd E. McNeely and Ruth Whitman McNeely; and her siblings, Maxwell, Leo, Franklin, Rodney, Jerry McNeely, Anise Varney, Levedah Fleming and Ardell Conley.
She is survived by: her husband William "Paul" Mullins; her son Randall G. Dingess (Karen); her stepchildren, Leon Mullins (Jane) and Paula Gardner; her grandsons, Joshua Dingess (Farrah) and Kevin Dingess (Julie); her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, Julia, Brooke and Hailey; and her siblings, Janice Staggs and James McNeely. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
