He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmond Earl "Happy" Ashby, Sr. and Mary Rose Searcy Stevens; and his sister Barb Mitchell. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Ashby (Tonya) of Lawrenceburg and Bryan Ashby (Jenny) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Leann Ashby (Jake Brown), Wesley Ashby, Brayden Ashby and Reagan Ashby; his sisters, Mary Emma Ashby, Judy Bowers (Rick), Kathy Peach (Ricky) and Glenna Standifer (Skip); and his close friend Karen Stockton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
