He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Walter Latta Jr. and Barbara Irene Latta (Stinnett); and his daughter Melissa J. Latta. He is survived by: his son Michael E. Latta; his grandchildren, Mari-Lynn Wilson (Latta), Mckelvy A. Latta and Makenzie L. Latta; his great grandchild Atticus J. Wilson; his brother Steven E. Latta; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Latta, Nikki Latta, Matthew Latta and Beth Latta.
