With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Oscar Shifflet Sr. of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Sue Pence Shifflet; his parents, Wilbert B. Shifflet and Alpha K. Shouse; and his daughters, Daphne Jane Hardin and Paula Kay Pulliam.
He is survived by: his children, William Oscar "Billy" Shifflet, Jr. (Vickie) of Lawrenceburg, Barbara Sue Peek (Keven) of Lawrenceburg, Jeni Meade (Jeremy) of Lexington and Emily Kristene Pierce (Josh) of Paris; his grandchildren, Angela, Dalton, Maranda, Dennis, Coleman, Hunter, Houston, Michael, Christian, Layne, Kirstin and Kade; his great grandchild Kaydence; and his brothers, Larry Shifflet (Brenda) of Frankfort and James Shifflett (Catherine) of Lexington.
