He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Davis "Buddy" Cunningham and Dorothy Mildred Drury Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Gina McCoy Cunningham; his children, Eric N. Cunningham of Lawrenceburg and Ashley Cunningham of Louisville; his grandsons, Lincoln Riley Cunningham and Sawyer Maxwell Cunningham; and his siblings, Terry Cunningham (Donna) of Lawrenceburg and Gina Green (Steve) of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
