He was predeceased by: his father Robert Otis Stapp. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Shifflett Stapp; and his children, Sandra Stapp Carter, Vernon Stapp, Chad Stapp and John Russell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
