He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Perry and Mary Zella Briscoe Perry; and his siblings, Gilbert Perry, Sara Alice Cooper and Stanley Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his sons, Charles Allen Perry (Sherlan) of Lexington and Ernie Wayne Perry (Pam) of Lexington; his granddaughters, Laurel Katelyn Perry Fawcett (Joshua) of Wilmore and Kyleigh Madison Perry McClure (Thomas) of Grayson, KY; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kamden and Addison Fawcett.
