She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Harry Gash, Sr.; her parents, Jesse Elwood and Newell Perkins Carter; her sons, Marshall Gash, Jr. and Terry Gash; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Gash.
She is survived by: her stepmother Dona Carter; her daughters, Rita Wells (Don) of Lawrenceburg and Carla Durr (Rodney) of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Barry Gash, John Gash, Laura Beth NaFrady (Jonathan), Mark Wells (Shanda), Mike Wells (Amanda), Tim Wells (Lori), Ryan Wells (Jordan), Eric Gash (Michelle), Amy Gash, Christopher Durr (Mackenzie) and Adam Durr; and her daughter-in-law Suzette Gash. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
