She is survived by: her close friend Harlan Crawford of Lawrenceburg, KY; her siblings, Jill Steinberg (Matthew Conner) of Boston, MA and Don Steinberg (Cora) of Cincinnati, OH; her stepmother Sheila Steinburg of Union, KY; and her friends, Ken and Michelle King of Lawrenceburg, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
