He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lynn Billeter Abney of Lawrenceburg; his children, Marietta Dawn Griffin (Mark) of Lawrenceburg and Derek Allen Abney (Christina) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Luke Porter, Olivia Lynn Griffin, Eden Millicent and Olive Laryn Abney; his sister Delores Faye Tapp (Kermit) of Central City, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Detherage (Mike) of Lawrenceburg and Loria Eastman of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
