He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Monohan of Lawrenceburg and Patricia Miller Monohan of Lawrenceburg; his sons, Ian Monohan of Lawrenceburg and Stephen Penn of Lawrenceburg; his sister Sarah Monohan Sharp of Williston, FL; his uncle Sean Monohan; and his nephew Coleman Boyle.
