He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Neal Wilkins and Edna Marie Border Wilkins; his parents-in-law, Norris Gaither Hite and Frances Louise Turner Hite; his sisters, Marilyn Jean "Jeannie" Wilkins Speck and Barbara June Wilkins Lamont; and his brother-in-law Daniel Ernest Lamont.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ann Hite Wilkins; his children, Brent Alan Wilkins, Kevin Lee Wilkins (Angela) and Susan Leigh Wilkins-Rodgers (Scott); his grandchildren, Nicholas Alan Wilkins, James Neal Wilkins (Sara), Carma Anne Wilkins, AnAn Marie Louise Wilkins, Ethan Gregory Baker and Brady Lee Baker; his great grandchildren, Eli Lucas Alexander Wilkins and Ava Lyla-Rose Wilkins; and his siblings-in-law, Royce Allen Speck, David Norris Hite and Carol Hite Kelley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
