She is survived by: her children, Timothy Cook (Renee), Kimberly Curtsinger (Danny) and Melissa Waite (Steve); and her grandchildren, Christopher Cook, Joseph Dunbar, Amanda Sawyer, Trevor Sawyer and Sarah Yost. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
