He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Meier, Sr. and Amelia Salzman Meier; and his siblings, Betty Meier and Herbert Meier. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Pendygraft Meier; his children, Janet Herrell (Buckley) of Sulphur, KY, Cathy Frederick (Jeff) of Strongsville, OH and Brian Meier (Tonya) of Campbellsville, KY; and his brothers, Melvin Meier (Diane), Arnold Meier (Harriet) and Wayne Meier. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
