She is survived by: her daughters, Azia Cook, Anzlee Cook and Audrey Willard; and her siblings, Wendy Gilliam (Kevin), Robbie Hume (Nicole), Bethany Holt (Jon), Greg Taylor (Nancy), Russ Taylor (Bethany), Christopher Taylor (Danielle) and Theresa Cissell (Jason). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
