He is survived by: his children, Zachary David Wainscott, Logan Chase Wainscott and Mia Katherine Wainscott; his grandsons, Darren Rugar and Weston Zane Allen Wainscott; and his brothers, Michael Wainscott (Jeanie) and Brian Wainscott.
