She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles N. Caldwell and Betty Satterly Caldwell; her husband Roy York; her sons, James W. and Robert B. York; her daughter-in-law Vicki York; her siblings, Earl, Raymond, J. S. Caldwell and Audry Caldwell Riddell; and her half-siblings, Betty Robinson, Jean Hawkins, Susan Ritchey and Jonnie Caldwell.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Richard York (Elizabeth) of Lawrenceburg, Charlotte Murray (Clyde) of Frankfort, Melinda Niemann (Tom) of Louisville and Jennifer Redmon (Phillip) of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Kara Murray, Kate Fryar, Evan, Avery Redmon, Leah, Seth and Todd Niemann; her daughter Evelyn Doligale; her half-brother Roger Caldwell; and her daughters-in-law, Cathy York of Louisville and Ruth Herndon of Lexington.
