He is survived by: his wife Iris Case; his children, Donnie Hugh "Thumper" Case, II (Nina), Kelly Sue Agostinelli, Kristin Shea Case and Adam L. Case (Amanda); and his siblings, Harold Case (Shirley), Margurite Schmidt, Beverly Milburn (Joe), Doris Ploetner (Glenn) and Mary Ann Condor. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
