He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl B. Bailey and Elinor Watkins Bailey; and his brother Gary Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carlton Bailey of Lawrenceburg; his children, Lynnette Bailey-Watts of Frankfort and Christopher David Bailey (Ashley) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Elle Watts, Tate Bailey, Nolan Bailey, Taylor Henry, Emery Bailey and Evelyn Bailey; and his siblings, Larry Bailey of Colorado, Jerry Lee Bailey of Owenton, KY and Mary Ellen Samples of Frankfort.
