He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Bloomingburg Hawks; his daughter Angelique Nicole Chrisman (Steve Anderson) of Lawrenceburg; his granddaughter Retta Marie Chrisman; his stepgrandson Braxton Chrisman; his mother-in-law Virginia Bloomingburg of Benton, KY; his siblings, Frank Hawks of Lexington, KY and Linda Sue Hawks of Cincinnati, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Bloomingburg of Benton, KY and Phebe Bloomingburg of Franklin, TN..
