She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Hampton; and her daughter Gwendolyn Kay Hagan. She is survived by: her children, Mark Stewart Hurst (Alisa) of Lawrenceburg, Debbie Elaine Johnson (Jeffrey Allen) of Jamestown, OH and Lisa Karen Harris of Frankfort, KY; her grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew, Samuel, Joshua, Laci and Michael; her son-in-law Larry Hagan of Beattyville, KY; and her sister-in-law Hinkle Hampton of Crossfield, TN.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
