She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Ray Ward and Dorothy Louise Jamison Ward; and her grandparents, George, Minnie Pearson Jamison, John Worley and Gracie Gaines Ward.

She is survived by: her sisters, Jana Rae Kiper of Owensboro and Deana Berry of Louisville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
