He is survived by: his mother Sharon Ballman; his son Camden Ward; his siblings, Brian Ballman (Diana) and Trisha Moffitt (Jon); his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Grace Gettelfinger, Kelsey Ballman, Kierstin Haas, Brandon (Kam), Alec Ballman and Nick Gettelfinger; his great-niece Kalyana Snow; and his great-nephew Daniel Ballman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
