She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Elizabeth Lowe (McKee) and Rita; her husband Carl David Cooper Sr.; and her siblings, Bertha Duncanson (Lowe), Thomas Lowe, Richard Lowe and Marble Marion Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Cooper (Kristie), Darrell Cooper (Lara) and Chris Cooper; her grandchildren, Casey Cooper Hardin, Caydence Cooper Hydera, Max Cooper, William Cooper, Morgan Cooper, Sam Cooper, Madison Cooper and Trinity Cooper; and her brother Robert Lowe (Judy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
