He is survived by: his wife Vivian Jo Proctor Cummins; his daughters, Cecilia Wright (Daniel) of Highland, Susan Cummins of Danville and Candace Cummins (Cody) of Lexington; his siblings, Richard Cummins (Pat) of Lincoln County, Mike Cummins of Lancaster, Timmy Cummins (Emily) of Junction City and Gayle Potts (Hank) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Daniel Wright, Ryan Wright, Trentin Hall and Stewart Wofford.
