He was predeceased by: his father Marion Maggard; his wife Loretta Brim Maggard; and his sister Cheryl Maggard. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ray (Albert); his brother Wayne Maggard; and his stepsiblings, Sheryl Mastin (Bruce) and Albert Ray, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
