He is survived by: his wife Vickie Spears; his daughter Jennifer Tyler (Matthew) of Lancaster; his stepdaughter Bridgett Hopkins of Crab Orchard; his siblings, Gary Whitis of Frankfort, Dusty Whitis of Frankfort and Lisa Mays of Richmond; his grandchildren, Jason, Austin Hopkins and Chris Poff; and his close friend Sharon Snow of Lincoln County.
