He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Boyd Johnson; his children, Allen Douglas Johnson (Laura) of Nicholasville, Jackie Lynn Johnson (Teresa) of Nicholasville, Ronnie Dale Johnson of Stanford, Gary Dean of Lancaster, Steven Johnson of Lancaster, Debra Ann Rhineheimer of Nicholasville and Lisa Gayle Bowman of Lancaster; and his siblings, Ed Johnson (Doris) of Ohio, Charles Johnson (Joyce) of Indiana, Bobby Johnson (Trish) of Lancaster, Jay Johnson (Virgie) of Danville, Elmer Johnson (Wanda) of Mitchellsburg, Margaret Sutton of Lancaster, Martha Lee (Alvin) of Mitchellsburg and Katherine Holt (Marvin) of Mitchellsburg. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
