It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Arnold (Lancaster, Kentucky), who passed away on January 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Dunn Watkins and Virginia Lois Bourne Watkins; her spouse Cecil Benjamin Arnold, Sr.; her children, Mary Adrianne Arnold Davis (late Norman Davis) and Cecil Benjamin Arnold, Jr. (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Anthony Arnold Davis (Donna), Christopher Lee Davis (Abbigail), William Benjamin Packard Arnold and Jackson Stephenson Hagan Arnold; her great grandchild Charlee Clay Davis; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Brandi Hardwick (Jason) and Brittany Rhodus; and her great great grandchildren, Mattie, Cole, Archer Hardwick, Zac, Zoe Jordon and Taylor Edgington. She was also cherished by parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent through the time she spent guiding and mentoring her children, teaching them piano for a life-long involvement in music, caring for her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, we request donations to the Lancaster United Methodist Church.
