It is with great sadness that we announce the death of La Caren Carpenter Matthews (Jeffersonville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 11, 2018, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Michael Matthews of Jeffersonville, KY; her mother Beverly Carpenter of Jeffersonville, KY; her parent-in-law Charles Matthews of Owingsville, KY; her sister Vickie Carpenter Richardson (Willie) of Mt; her brother-in-law Brian Matthews (Shanna) of Owingsville, KY; her niece Ashleigh Raye Richardson of Mt; her nephew Devin Matthews of Owingsville, KY; her sister Deborah Lynn Carpenter; her niece Bailey Matthews; and also, Pam Matthews of Owingsville, KY, Sterling and Mannajai Sabounchi Linder.
