He was predeceased by: his father Rick Johnson; his grandparents, Junior, Louella Highley Johnson, Corbett and Beryl Egelsten Mullins; and also Rick Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Jeri Mullins Johnson; his daughters, Holly Utterback (Cedric Walsh) of Bath County and Lindsey Jett (Kris) of Mt. Sterling; his brother Brian Johnson (Janet) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Corbin Walsh of Bath County, Natalie Walsh of Bath County, Destiny Walsh of Bath County, Kelsey Walsh of Bath County, Hailey Walsh of Bath County, Skylar Utterback of Bath County, Karma Jett and Jade Jett of Mt. Sterling; and his nieces, Casey Johnson and Tori Johnson of Winchester. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
