He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Terry; his father Samuel Mitchell; and his brother Paul Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mitchell (Duncan); his mother Sadie Mitchell; his siblings, Samuel Mitchell (Delores), Larry Mitchell, Terry Mitchell (Adrienne) and Gwendolyn Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Sequita Terry, Tiffany Terry, Cortez Terry, Antwan Terry, Antonio Terry and Crystal Terry.
