He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bonnie Anderson and Juanita Little. He is survived by: his children, Brian Wade (Mary Beth), Gregory David Wade and Victoria Wade; his grandchildren, Colt Wade, Alexa Griggs and Trevor Griggs; and his brothers, Clark D. Wade (Mary Ann), Gordon Wade (Mary) and Clinton David Wade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
